Cancellation policy

Your scheduled lessons and well-being are essential to us. We understand that sometimes life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel your lesson, we respectfully request at least 24hr notice.

Change of plans?

Cancellations made seven days, or more in advance of the lessons will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within seven days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.

Weather

Swimming lessons will run rain or shine. Safety is the number one priority for Hopeful Swimming, lessons will be rescheduled if there are active thunder and lightning storms in your area. If no time is available for rescheduling, we will refund you the cost of the lesson. 

• When the weather is poor, please contact your instructor throughout the day before your lesson, updating them on changes.
